- Computer Tune Up - includes physical dusting of the system; checking for overheating and or damaged components; virus and spyware checking and removal; removing unnecessary files, processes and programs to speed up the computer; updating drivers, windows components and antivirus programs; addressing specific concerns of the customer. Price starting at $109. Average turnaround 1 to 2 business days
- Computer Reload - includes back up of the customer data( usually documents, pictures, music), testing the hard drive if necessary, loading Windows, drivers, antivirus, Windows updates, transferring the customer data back onto the new load etc. Price starting at $109. Average turnaround 1 to 2 days
- Data transfer or back-up - $60 to $140 depending on the amount of data. We can give you a more accurate free estimate once we have a look at the data
- Data recovery – please bring in for a free estimate as the charge can very significantly depending on the amount of the data and how badly it is damaged.
- Upgrading desktop computers – please bring your tower for a free estimate and advice if it is worth upgrading. In order to give you an informed estimate we need to know all the computer specifications in order to check for incompatibilities.
- Upgrading notebooks and netbooks – The most common upgrades are memory, which speeds up the system and hard drives which gives more room for data. Please call for current prices.
- Desktop hardware repair – we repair all brands of desktop computers. Please bring tower for a free estimate on parts and labour and advice if it is worth repairing.
- Notebook and netbook hardware repair – we fix all brands of notebook computers. Please bring notebook for a free estimate on parts and labour and advice if it is worth repairing.
- Onsite visit - $109/hr during regular business hours Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm, $150/hr the rest of the time unless otherwise quoted. Minimal charge $50. Travel charges may apply to locations further than 10 minutes from our location.
